Block Renovation helped me with the increasingly difficult task of finding a contractor whose insurance would satisfy my Co-Op. Many of the contractors who have this kind of heavy insurance have minimums as high as $250K. My double bathroom job was in the $120 range all in. Why not 5 stars? I did have some issues with the contractor (not Block's fault) Block was helpful throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I renovated my kitchen thru Block and am very pleased with the whole process. My contractor Joseph and his crew of professionals did a great job and took care of my concerns as the project progressed. On a scale of 1-10 Block gets a 10!
