I had an appointment booked Jan 6th at 12:20pm with the owner Kai. I put a deposit down & I booked a couple days in advance, I’m also traveling from far - the Bronx. I arrive about 15 mins earlier then my appointment time to only find out that the store was CLOSED. I thought maybe they relocated and the confirmation email had the wrong address. So I go into the store next door and the owner there says that the store was open the day before. So I contact blink in mink on Instagram to see if anyone was going to come. I waited until 12:40 out in the cold with NO RESPONSE. I called the number they have on file, on google and Yelp, it went straight to the answering machine. Til THIS DAY I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM THE BUSINESS about why the store wasn’t open when I had an appointment. This is very upsetting because I see their work on Instagram and it looks very nice. But this business is not professional at all.
