I’m glad everyone is on the same page. This place is thee WORST. Kai, the owner, is super unprofessional and her staff is no better. You wait for hours to get started. When they finally get to you, they rush. And omg Kai’s breath! Just horrible. Kai did my lashes the first time I went there and by day two, most of my lashes were out. I went back and someone else fixed em for me.. they still looked bad because Kai did such a horrible job but the other girl did the best she could do. My sister and a couple friends all had similar experiences… I’m surprised they’re still opened. SAVE YOUR MONEY, ladies!!

Very unprofessional. They get up and do other stuff mid session. Also not very hygienic. Didn’t wash their hands beforehand. Was eating while working. Got a bad eye infection. Not worth it.

Im never going back here. I used to come here for seyla but she moved away to Atlanta. So i booked with kai thinking id receive a great set instead she just rushed a volume set after me waiting 2hrs paste my appointment time because she “forgot she had an 11:30am client that wasnt on the booking site”. I wanted to walk out but im going on vacation and had no where else to go. I booked a level two volume + whispy. Instead i received a Dcurl and no whispy spikes at all which i mentioned before starting several times when she asked the look i was going for. I wasnt offered a discount for my wasted time.
