Benjamin Optical

We have been loyal customers of Benjamin Optical for years! My daughter’s eye sight changes constantly and this last time her prescription got thicker! We choose the frames and have had to return back four different times because the frames have literally broken while she is wearing them! Benjamin has accused my daughter of not being careful and that is why they keep breaking! We have had to pay out of pocket to get them replaced even when we got insurance on them the third time! Benjamin Optical has lost four loyal customers! They SUCK!

After today’s experience i will say that i am extremely disappointed in the customer service i received . First things first the sales rep told me that i would receive a text message when my glasses would be ready within two weeks . However i never received a text . Yesterday i called the store and inquired on my order . The representative over the phone told me that the glasses have been ready over a week and a voicemail was left . I asked why ? When i was i told to look out for a text message ? The rep stated because the phone number on file was listed as a land line .... i informed her that i would be there tomorrow to pick up my glasses . I get there this morning when they opened. The optometrist and the front desk rep open the gate at 9... see customers outside their doors and did not inform us they were ready to take customers until someone walked by and just so happens to push the door open . Once i see the front desk rep , she looks me up retrieves my order then haves me pay . I put the glasses on and cannot see a thing out the Right eye ! Prescription completely messed up ! When i asked for next steps i was told i have to wait for the rep who initially helped and she’s not here . I have to come back ! Completely inconvenient !!!! If this situation is not resolved by this afternoon they can forget about me getting anymore glasses from them . I have been with them since they were in the 125th street building . A long time customer of 20 years and this is what i get ! Done !
