Best Dominican salon in all of NYC! Amazing service and beautiful work always. All the stylist are talented and efficient, and the ambiance of the salon is very relaxing and luxurious. Cathy is very educated and experienced in hair care, anytime I go to her my blowouts last 2 weeks+ and my hair is the healthiest/shinest/bounciest it’s ever been. I’m also really happy with my new bob haircut she gave me.

This was my first time going to a Dominican salon that I’ve been hearing amazing things about all over social media, and I can honestly say it lived up to the hype.
Immediately when I walked in, the first things I noticed were how bright, clean, and calm the environment felt. It was just such a peaceful space, which made me feel comfortable right away. The only two people working were Cathy and another hairstylist (I didn’t catch her name), and since it was Easter weekend, it ended up getting extremely busy. What really impressed me was how there were about six women in the salon, yet every single person was being taken care of and the flow never felt chaotic. Everything moved smoothly, and you could tell they had a strong system in place. That alone made me feel at ease.
Cathy is such a kind, welcoming woman, and the service overall was amazing. I have natural 4B hair that is extremely thick, and I also have color in my hair, so I’m very particular about who I let touch it. But I felt completely comfortable because they clearly know how to work with all hair types.
The shampoo was SO good. She really took her time scrubbing my scalp to remove buildup, and she used the Moroccan Oil line on my hair. I also added a deep conditioning treatment for $20, which was definitely worth it. What stood out to me the most was how she detangled my hair because if you have 4B/textured hair, you know it has to be done a certain way to avoid unnecessary breakage, and she handled my hair so well.
My blowout came out beautifully as my hair was super straight and smooth. I chose to add a flat iron just because I wanted to, not because it was even needed.
Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my experience and would recommend this salon to everyone. I’m actually really excited to come back and get my color corrected here. This kind of care, professionalism, and energy is exactly why Cathy will continue to be blessed.

I got a great haircut today at Beauty Dry Salon! Beautiful salon with friendly staff. I am a full-time wheelchair user struggling with hair thinning due to disease, and the staff at Beauty Dry Salon was very understanding of my physical needs and did a great job with my hair. I definitely recommend them for anyone in Bed-Stuy.

My first time here! Staff was so kind and welcoming. Ruth did an Amazing job! I have 4B/c ‘heat trained’ hair and get blowouts/silk presses all the time but I have never had a stylist get my hair so straight during the BLOWOUT. I will be back (:

I’ve been coming to this salon more than once and every visit is such a calming and wonderful experience. From the moment you walk in you can feel the care and attention that goes into making your visit special. Unlike the typical loud chaotic salons this one is peaceful and relaxing with massage chairs during your hair wash. Ruth and the team truly tend to your hair the way it needs to be cared for and their customer service is exceptional from start to finish. Every detail makes you feel valued and pampered. I can’t recommend this salon enough. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit.

Wonderfull experience im a 40yrs male. Took my daughter here to cut her hair and the staff was great, show me step by step while she was doing everything. Advised me on how to take care of her curls and my daughter was very happy she told me she would only come back to this amazing place. Tiffany and the staff were very educated and the atmosphere in this place was very pleasant.

Tiffany has been getting me together for the past 4 years since I’ve been frequenting the area of bushwick/bed-stuy. As a girl with very tight type 4 curls I always leave with my hair very pressed and I never have heat damage once i wash (even if i may hope for it). Tiffany along with the space of the salon makes getting my hair done feel like a relaxing experience vs a stressful one and she has always accommodated any of my requests along with making great recommendations! Tiffany has seen my hair go from very damaged to no damage at all - and i couldn’t do it without her or beauty dry salon!
