Chingis from BCHD is A+++++ in having evaluated high end Bertazzoni oven following oven fire. Meticulously examined, inspected and cleaned the gas burners post incident and re-assembled all so as to ensure proper function. Super discerning Brooklyn Heights family who rarely give out high marks. Highly recommend!
I definitely recommend this company if you need any type of repairs on your existing stove. We had to call an emergency for our gas stove for our tenant. They were able to come out within the same day and assess the situation. They figured out the problem and ordered the parts and the parts were in within a weeks time. They worked around the tenant schedule and got everything repaired and even sent photos so we had proof of the repairs. If you were looking for a great company that you can trust I recommend this one.
I called they came the next day.. I had a four to six window I received a text saying they could be here between 12 and 3 and they were actually here before 12:00.. it was diagnosed as needing freon the tech did we have to do.. and it takes a while before the freon kicks in and cools the refrigerator at its temperatures.. when my ice cubes freeze up the technician and the process should get five stars 🙂
