Chingis arrived promptly and set to work diagnosing the problem with my oven. He was thorough, efficient, neat (he put the pans back in the oven, that I’d removed!) and explained the issue: a broken baking igniter. He replaced the part, showed me that the problem was fixed and, best of all, the rate was fair! I will definitely be calling BCHD for all future repairs and recommending them to my friends. I learned about them from my neighbors, who also had a very positive experience.
I’m very happy with the service I received for my wall Air Conditioning (AC) unit. The technician was very thorough in his diagnosis of the problem and was able to fix two issues. The repair saved me several hundreds of dollars by not having to replace the unit. Thank you Chingis and BCHD!
