Freddy and his co-worker came the following morning to fix our LG Thin Q dryer which was so appreciated. Our dryer was taking forever to dry clothes. He explained the negatives of the model up front. Freddy said he could do a comprehensive maintenance, replace the thermostat and clean out the interiors large lint build up hidden around the inside of the barrel and all interior areas. We have no exterior venting due to living in an apartment
. He pointed out that this may not resolve the situation and there could be a heat pump issue and that we need to decide if we would rather just get a new machine. We decided to proceed with the work but so appreciated his honesty in saying we may be better of not paying him for the services but putting that towards a new stacking washer/dryer. That transparency is priceless. Our dryer now works like new! I would highly recommend Onefserice and Freddy for any appliance needs.

Freddy was amazing to work with! I called him to help me uninstall my dishwasher to check for any holes or gaps that mice could have been using to get into my apartment - he suggested what I should get to solve my problem and was available within the hour to help me out. He was very knowledgeable, uninstalled the dishwasher, helped me with the sealing, reinstalled the dishwasher, and then tested to make sure it ran/drained correctly. He was very thorough and helpful, would happily recommend him to all my neighbors and friends!
