Bayside Sun Spa offers a range of massage services that many clients find effective and relaxing. Reviewers have praised the skill of the massage therapists, noting their ability to relieve pressure and work on sore spots. Some clients specifically enjoyed the use of hot stones and oil during their sessions, leading to a satisfying experience that alleviated back pain.
However, there are mixed feelings regarding the tipping policy. While some customers believe that a minimum tip of $10 for a 60-minute massage is reasonable given the quality of service, others found the tipping request to be unprofessional and invasive, with one reviewer mentioning an uncomfortable experience where staff followed them to the ATM for a tip.
Overall, while many clients express satisfaction with the massages and plan to return, others have concerns about the handling of tips and the level of service.
This place is amazing and my masseuse was great! I was hesitant to go in at first because I usually prefer traditional spas. This is a no frills massage place and they get the job done right! . My masseuse was able to relieve pressure on my lower back that was much needed after having back pain for the past 2 years. I don’t understand why anyone would complain about tipping them a minimum of $10 on a 60-minute massage. I gave $20 in tips for a 60-minute massage and I, personally, believe they deserve it. It is not easy being a masseuse and my masseuse was just wonderful. I will be a repeat client for sure!
The message was good and I enjoyed but what happened after was just too much . First of all they demanded 10$ tip. I think you can't demand anything let alone I paid in card about 60$ and its up to me how much tip to give them. They changed me taxes and I didn't have enough money so they made me go to thr atm however they were so worried the girl actually folllowd me to the bank !!!! I never seen that happen ever and that was so unprofessional I eneded up paying but never coming back here again!!! The owner told her to follow me . Actually I probably paid more now that I think about it and that wasn't nice on their part to demand 10$ tip how rude !!! I think I edited… read full review
I just went in for a long overdue massage and I was not disappointed! Hot stones, hot oil, attentive massage therapist and my back has never felt better. I'll definitely be back!
