Guys, on a day like today when you’re extremely understaffed, you have to have a better system to handle your customers, and you have to do a better job managing expectations. People were wasting their time waiting for services that they were eventually told they would need to come back for next week, and the only person who could supposedly handle my lens order was helping someone - for over 20 minutes - choose a pair of eyeglass frames. I eventually left and went elsewhere for my lenses. This isn’t the first time that I’ve seen this place bogged down by preventable chaos, and I’m moving on.

My ophthalmologist referred me to Bay Ridge Family Eye Care. I found an excellent provider of personal optometry service. I’ve worn eyeglasses for over 30 years and lived in different parts of NYC. This company and their service are the best I’ve found. I am comfortable recommending Bay Ridge Family Eye Care to my neighbors and friends. If my eyeglass frames need any adjustment, I am always welcome back, and one of the technicians will take care of me.
