I came in to get a haircut with Freddy and there was a miscommunication when we talked, and he did not cut my hair correctly.
He could see I was getting frustrated and he very calmly explained how he could fix the haircut, with my permission. After he talked to me through everything, I went with his suggestions and ended up receiving one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten - so much so that a week later I came back in him again.
The best part of this experience was how dedicated he was to making sure that I was happy when I left. I will definitely be back again.
my go to barbershop! freddy is the guy for fade’s, never disappoints. one time i wasn’t fully satisfied with my haircut, came back the next day and he fixed me up. great people, great service, highly recommend.
