Great work installing our two minisplits in our apartment. The communication and customer service were great from beginning to end, and the crew were nice, professional and did a great job!
I had a split air system installed for my home (my HVAC had been breaking down constantly and I gave up on other repairmen who didn't know what they were doing). Arnica is a family run business that is genuinely concerned with doing a thorough and excellent job. They actually care! They completed the work when they said it would be completed and they were experienced every step of the way. The workmen were great. They were kind, industrious and knowledgeable. A shout out to Rosette in the office who did a stellar job explaining everything throughout the process. I will never use anyone else but Arnica for our heating and air needs. I'm very satisfied with the services rendered; the staff were very accommodating, helpful, and reliable, especially Dean, Neil, and Rosette. No question was too difficult for them to answer, and they made you feel appreciated. I give them 5 stars.
