They did a fantastic job cleaning both of our rugs that our dog Charlie unfortunately had a few accidents on. We appreciated that they went above and beyond and really did a great job!
Very nice guys and super professional, quick to respond and stay in contact. I have a massive pain of a rug (it's handmade in Italy, the dyes bleed, and there were several other weird quirks as well).
Anthony's team did a good job getting most of the day-to-day soil and pet fur out. Wasn't able to get some old stains out because of the delicate nature of my rug (even with spot cleaning), but his team tried everything they could and I appreciate the attempt. He also offered me a light discount which he honestly didn't need to do.
I'd recommend this business and use them again!
Anthony was kind and prompt and cleaned my rugs (a synthetic runner and a jute area rug) within two weeks. He also noticed moth eggs in a hole that I thought had been torn by the cat and got rid of them. Thanks!
