I've been a long time customer since I was 18 or 19, I'm 34 now and I stopped going since I had my son, to save money, which was 8 or 9yrs ago. I used Kenny and Ruby. But he's gone so I 100% go to Ruby only. Ruby is really good in my eyes. She pays attention to detail and she's very fair. Yes she tells me to relax when my hand gets tense but other than that her work is awesome. Feet wise I go to anyone available because I just need my feet scraped and scrubbed and painted pretty. As long as it's better than how I walked in lol. But getting down to what's real. The place is super run down. Out dated and looks the same old place from when I was 19. Ive been going there for 5 years. The guys do my nails all the time- beautifully. Yesterday, “Ruby” started my nails and started yelling and hitting my arm. Yelling at me to relax and that I was too tense in my shoulders and arms. I told her this was my normal posture and I was as relaxed as ever… and that i’d never had a problem coming there. She then kept Literally hitting me and yelling at me as if I was a child. I had to get up and ask Jimmy for someone else- and the person had zero issues with my arm. This Ruby lady is a trip honestly. Place is affordable
The people are disrespectful. I went to get a fill in and within a few hours my nail broke. I went the next day to get my nail fixed and the guy was trying to blame on me for not telling him how wanted my fill in. Last I checked they do nails for a living why do I need to explain how a fill in should be done. The guy have the nerve to say next time he will charge me....how about you just lost a customer because they won't be a next time.
