Overall, my experience with Americare is great but the pt they gave me was strict. The pt’s name is Jaimini. I had a bad first impression of her because she was already way too strict on the first day. I had a bad feeling about her. On only the first day, she was threatening me with more hard exercise if I did not hold a pencil properly. The way jaimini watched me also scared me and she made me do an exercise way too many times. Another bad thing about jaimini is that she was always late. Very unprofessional (both her personality and timing). My grandma is in great hands. It makes such a difference to have a nurse and physical therapist who are reliable and considerate. It’s also nice that they keep in touch ahead of time—it really shows how much they care about their patients’ comfort and well-being.
