The nails here are very well done and beautiful. The massage is also very comfortable and makes me feel relieved from the fatigue of the day. The massage techniques are also very good.

This is the former location for Charm Spa which was high-end and upscale (upscale for Southern Brooklyn, I mean). The interior is still large, airy, fresh, bright, and new; and all the furnishings are not yet showing any signs of wear/tear. So it's still pleasant in that regard. But it's a different company with different staff. Nothing wrong with that; but it's just not the same as it was. No complaints, mind you. Everything is standard and acceptable and normal for a neighborhood spa. Price, treatment, courtesy, professionalism --all okay.

Came here on a Thursday morning right when it opened. No nail lady was in yet so I had to wait a bit, but a nice older gentleman was there to help me get situated and feel comfortable. Aside from that - staff is lovely and professional. I can't stop staring at my nails! Vivian was awesome.
