Alpine Real Estate is a group of professionals through and through. I am incredibly happy with their service and they have been in the business for a really long time. Super professional agents, not overbearing or wanting to squeeze you into an apartment just to take your money. They actually listen. We cannot recommend them enough. My parents got their apartment from them during the 1990s, so did my uncles in the 2000s, and so did we during the present 2020s when we needed a place and couldn't find a good agent ANYWHERE. There are a lot of Real Estate companies in Bay Ridge doing the whole flashy, sassy, sleazy agent schtick. It's all just money for them and they want to put you anywhere you'll say yes to. We went with Alpine after disappointing service from others and never looked back. They LISTEN. They ask questions. They give gentle advice. And then they come through. Every single time. Thank you Alpine for being a wonderful company and helping us find the apartment of our dreams. Such great customer service too and the owners are gems. 10/10 would recommend.

they take your fee dont even give you your credit score. if the apartment didnt work for any reason they should atleast give you the credit score so you could look somewhere else. especially if you already paid the fee.

I won’t recommend this realty because they are too slow. If you’re looking for a place in a short period of time don’t waste your BROKER FEE ! I will call 5 times a day and no one get back to me.I should of spoken to this Lana person . Note: DONT post apartments if you don’t have available! Thank you
