I was looking for a apartment for a very long time, until i cross paths with ZUZ Realty just about two weeks ago, Avi Gold was my broker! He was able to land me my first apartment!! thank you. They are really at finding the best home/apt you are looking for in your neighborhood. Is there any brokerage fee? Yes. As I know of. I guess it's 20% of the rent. But it might change.
