I have a new puppy and called them last month for her wellness check. they fit me in the same day and did not try upsell me. often vets will guilt trip you into things. The appointment summary I recieved was more than thorough. it had suggestions for pet insurance, crate training and everything else a pet parent needs. All of the shots she received and upcoming needs were explained in a language non professionals can understand. they didn't get a fecal sample as I let her poop before but gave me a container to bring it back. she had an abnormal sample bit explained in detail that it was common and to come back in up to a month to retest. This matters to me because if they dramatized it I would have raced her back there and that is profit for them. care over profit means alot. I have since called with questions and they always answer them. I called today with a question and they reminded me she needed a follow up shot. again got me in same day. they have built a level of care in a short time that has me already loyal and will continue to use them.
