I am in the “don’t understand the bad reviews” boat. Everyone I interacted with was so pleasant and helpful- Dr. Thukral took his time listening to my concerns, Nurse Jasmine was very gentle with her throat swab, and Nurse Sue was so sweet while taking my vitals. Practically no wait.

Ive been coming here since I was in pediatrics. I am now a health care professional myself, great insurance however, decided to stay with ACP out of loyalty and I like keeping all my health care within one place however, after today its time to look elsewhere.
My provider told me he can only address 3 of my concerns, then pointing to his watch although he was the one late to the scheduled appointment.
Needed a number of referrals, all valid & only gave me one. Requested a referral to see a cardiologist for chest pain, provider felt it wasn’t warranted. Great thing I have good insurance, i can make an appointment with an cardiologist myself instead of fighting...read full review
