Would give 2.5 stars if I could, but rounding down. Don't get me wrong, satisfied with the end result for the most part, but I'm not sure if it was worth the headache. I think you can get a better job done with another business. The reviews on Yelp might be more accurate than the Google reviews.

-1 star because the first time they came, their last finish coated a lot of debris on the floor
+1 star because they were willing to come back to fix the situation. And allowed us to choose a new gloss finish.

Solid for refinishing, poor for new floors. I had a great experience with the crew redoing existing floors, and called them back for new wood floors.

The new floors now have clear sanding marks - they only used a belt or drum sander - which they totally disavowed. They also missed some spots, sanded the original floor, and the resulting coat was incredibly rough.

I paid for another coat and it's better, but I definitely won't be calling them for any additional projects, which is too bad - their refinishing work is solid, they're fast and relatively inexpensive.

I was so worried that my flooring would have to be teared out due to a flood in my kitchen. The lady was very understanding with my concerns and helped calm my nerves. Once we discussed my problem they were prompt to help the next day. When they came to see the damage, I was told not to worry they fixed it and refinished my floors with no signs of the water damage. I was so happy with their work. I'd definitely recommend them.Services: Repair flooring
