I got my nails done less than a week ago and they look horrible. I get the hard gel which traditionally last a very long time. The woman in the second chair from the owner is horrible. She puts the gel on very thin which causes the nail to lift and break easily. She reshaped the nail last week and they are so bad. This was my second time. I wanted to give her a chance but no more. And she isn’t friendly on top of it all! I’ve tipped her well both times. I wouldn’t recommend

Nail tech became very upset after I told her I may return due to them not having the nail color I needed. She started slamming things, stomped off and said something in her language to the others. Mind you, she didn’t start any work on my hands. I was so confused. She was so rude for no reason, I just left.

Horrible service. I got gel manicure and i felt i just wasted my money into nothing. They didn’t prep my nail properly before applying gel polish. Didn’t clean my cuticles and most frustrating was my nail was stuck with my skin. I tried to explain but they didn’t understand. They provide their service in super rush as if they are closing in 2 mins. This photo was 3 days after the service.
