I chose CMM for my emergency septic tank pumping because Robyn, who took my call, was very pleasant and professional. She detailed the costs for the service (nothing was hidden) and assured me that they would have a truck at my home that same morning. I will continue to use CMM because the service was top-notch. The serviceman (I believe his name was Jose) understood the problem, explained what needed to be done, both immediately to fix the problem and in the future to prevent recurrences of the problem. Paula is the best!We were having back- ups for years when using another company... Nobody ever took the time to figure out why we were backing up instead of just snaking the darn line!Paula put a camera down the pipe from cesspool tank to overflow and saw that it wasn't emptying properly so our cesspool kept backing up into our basement!Haven't had a problem since they placed a new overflow pipe. She saved us so much frustrations!!
CMM did a GREAT JOB at my home! Their workers are competent and HONEST. I had a sink hole in my front lawn and thought something really terrible had happened with my cesspool. The CMM team shoveled out the sink hole and found an underground sprinkler leak over the cesspool to be the culprit. The CMM guys fixed it for me and filled the hole back up! I would definitely call CMM again if I have a cesspool problem. (They were also two very nice guys)
