I went to Prestige auto spa for a seat cleaning. The next day, when I realized that water from the cleaning had pooled in the seat crevice (not their fault, just gravity from the way the seat curved) they did a second round for free to ensure the issue was fixed.

I highly recommend Prestige Auto Spa!!! Their attention to detail was truly impressive, ensuring every aspect of our SUV was completed thoroughly and as if they were doing the cleaning to their own car. They were incredibly flexible, adapting to my timing/schedule as much as he could. Throughout the process he was friendly and professional, making the entire experience positive and stress-free. They were also very quick to respond to any questions and his commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final result. When I brought my car to Israel, I was hoping he could just power-vacuum my car's flooded footwells. When I showed him the problem, he addressed that, to prevent mold growth, he needed to gut the car's upholstery to soak the water that'd been pooling and then separately dry the other fabrics. Israel also kept his word with the estimated price and the time by which he'd be finished with the job. If it hadn't been for Bronxville Motors, I wouldn't have known about this amazing detailer below the gas station & garage on Palmer Ave.
