And now the truth. I requested a coffin shape and she (Mel in my head) proceeded to cut the sides and round the top. I Googled a standard nail shape poster to help her correct it. The nails are not smooth, they're misshapen, some square, some round, some both on the same nail. The nails required 3 coats. Some got 2, some got 3 and the difference is evident. I truly wanted to give this place a decent rating. I wanted to treat myself as I was finally out of work early one evening. However, after my first and last visit I cannot lie about the experience. I called before going in and the woman told me to come as it wasn't busy. I get there and there are two workers, once doing a pedicure while the other was sitting at a desk. I told her I called and she was like oh okay sit and looked confused...I'm like umm let me pick a color she says ok ok go.
