I have seen Claudia (Skin Confident) a few times and have also brought my 13yo to her for teen facials and acne assessments. I cannot say enough good things about Claudia’s approach - to both me and my daughter - as well as her knowledge, her care and her honesty. Both my daughter and I felt completely comfortable with Claudia. She doesn’t push her products, or others, she listens and provides practical advice. She follows up and cares about how you’re doing post treatment and responds quickly and thoroughly to questions, texts and requests for appointments. I’ve been doing acne treatments with Claudia and I’m honestly so impressed. She’s super dedicated and really cares about how your skin is doing, she even checks in after appointments and asks for updates to track progress. That kind of follow-up is rare and really appreciated. My skin has come such a long way, and I finally feel confident going makeup-free.
