This is the best place ever. Period. I said it. Period. The reality is whether it's for plumbing needs or you just need a cool, family oriented, caring group of people to chat with this is shop to walk into. They spent about a half an hour helping me navigate which product I needed to purchase to fix my shower handle even though the whole time they knew they didn't have it in shop and they weren't going to make any money on the transaction. In the mean time we chatted about work, local restaurants, and everything there is to love about the Bronx. By the way they have an entire drawer there dedicated to delicious restaurants in the area! This is a great supply house very friendly. They are very knowledgable and haave always been a great help. One of the brothers Bob is always willing to help you, he explains everything and his suggestions alway save money. If I could give more than a 5, I would.

I went there earlier this week for a problem that I was having with my AO Smith gas water heater and Bob took his time with explaining to me exactly how I had to install my vent system to avoid the backdraft problem I was having!!! Bob had all the parts that I needed in stock!!! Bob's employee Fito is amazing as well as all his other employees. I then took a good friend of mine there and Bob took care of him with his AO Smith gas water heater problem which was still under warranty!!! Bob once again took his time in explaining to us exactly what to do.
