Webster Lock is Top Shelf, First Class all the way ! I needed new keys for my car. There is a gentleman at Webster named Gio. Gio made pristine new keys that not only solved the problem but he also explained other aspects to look out for in the future about the ignition as well. You tell the ladies and gents at Webster what you need ....they listen . Actually listen and solve the problem. And the music in the place is....well ..eclectic. (You won't mind being there at WEBSTER LOCK). Much thanks !

STORE BEEN THERE FOR FOREVER. CERTAIN THINGS ARE EXPENSIVE BUT I ALWAYS GOT GREAT QUALITY OF ITEMS AND ADVISED FROM STAFF ON WHAT TO GET AND NOT. I KEEP COMING TO THEM BECAUSE OF RELIABILITY.

I called them to repair my intercom, a system they installed in my building, which was built in 2013. They sent a technician who made the problem worse They then sent another technician who fixed the problem. For 3 days. More problems. I will say that they are polite and responsive. They send someone out the next day. They haven't succeeded, but they are trying. Stay tuned. They sent another technician and he fixed the problem. Haven't had any problems since. Way to go!
