STORE BEEN THERE FOR FOREVER. CERTAIN THINGS ARE EXPENSIVE BUT I ALWAYS GOT GREAT QUALITY OF ITEMS AND ADVISED FROM STAFF ON WHAT TO GET AND NOT. I KEEP COMING TO THEM BECAUSE OF RELIABILITY.

I called them to repair my intercom, a system they installed in my building, which was built in 2013. They sent a technician who made the problem worse They then sent another technician who fixed the problem. For 3 days. More problems. I will say that they are polite and responsive. They send someone out the next day. They haven't succeeded, but they are trying. Stay tuned. They sent another technician and he fixed the problem. Haven't had any problems since. Way to go!

I went to this store to have 1 cylinder changed and a new lock installed. When the locksmith arrived, the plans needed to be changed because my framing to my apartment was old, and the technician did not have the right parts to secure the locks. He promised to come back the next door and he did, and I must say I was extremely happy. He explained to me everything he was going to do and why. He was very honest & direct with me from the beginning. I am truly satisfied and feel more secure in my house. Jay D the locksmith was amazing. Thank you again.
