The nail tech was completely unprofessional. He made me pay prior my appointment, but I had wanted extra treatments done so I had to pay again afterwards. Got a french tip and had to keep insisting a nude color rather than a vibrant pink. Then with the french tip it was lopsided so I asked if he could paint slightly more on the other side but he just said he can't. I simply gave up and just paid. I normally go to the posh nails on riverdale ave but they happened to be closed, I would avoid this place. Also made me use back exit rather than front.

This place is big and the technicians are good, but when you pay so much money to get your nails done, you would expect everything to be symmetrical or very close to symmetrical and you would also expect the nail tech to listen to your concerns and hope that they would try to do right by you and fix the concerns that you bring to their attention Unfortunately that does not happen here. The technicians in my opinion, don’t listen to the issues that I brought to them for example I paid over $150 for my nails, adding bows to my nails and diamonds to my nails But when I try to point out that there is glitter missing on a few of my nails, and my nail was not symmetrical... read full review

I like this place. I feel like throughout the years they have improved their service. Today I got serviced by Mylo and she was amazing. She asked how I wanted my nails exactly and was super efficient.
