The contractor came once and told me I had to fix up my bathroom and kitchen right away due to a bad leak from the unit above me. I said ok no problem. We set up to start on a Thursday at 8:30 am. Everything was cleaned out of my kitchen and bathroom and I bought new paint for the contractors to use. Thursday comes and nobody comes at 8:30 am as agreed. I called and was told that his guy called out sick. Ok fine, set up another appointment on Monday since that should be enough time for his guy to get well rested. I sent a text to confirm about the apartment on Monday. I even prepared someone to open the door for the contractor. Monday comes along and again, no show, no... read full review

Amazing Amazing Amazing!!!! Sokol and his crew are spot on professional, creative, and a charm to work with. We just finished a major renovation project with them. Basically gutted our whole apartment, and now we love it so much that we hardly want to leave the apartment. From start to finish, Sokol works with you to your aesthetics but also gave us so many suggestions that we are so happy we said yes to. He and his team are very detailed and respectful of your common space, cleaning up the hallways and going above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy.
