Enjoyed a class today with Yoga Insructor Annie. My daughter and I experienced a thorough and tension - releasing vinyasa yoga class. It was a great opportunity for me to give myself over to a teacher who knew how to motivate, encourage and challenge us to find comfort with each asana/position. I felt warm and relaxed afterwards. I really appreciated the chance to practice outside of my home for the first time in a very long time. Thank you Annie!

Eric was great! I am very much a novice when it comes to Yoga. Also not flexible at all. I had concerns that because of this maybe Yoga wasn't for me...Eric makes it very accessible and restorative. Thank you!

This place is so dope. The people are so welcoming and kind. It’s def the kind of place where you can be yourself and feel accepted. The bachata class I took was fun and taught me enough to get out there and shake it. I’ll be back for more.
