Ebony is very unprofessional. She will give you an appointment time and make you wait while she do other people hair. I went in at 9:20 am and left at 3 pm. All I got was my hair washed and a weave with a lace closure. She told me $150 and then charged me $165. I told her she was braiding my hair too tight. She took out one braid that was halfway braided. And then had the audacity to tell me she couldn’t keep taking out braids because it’s cutting in her appointment times.
