Called Shivani about a Freidrich window AC that was noisy. Techs arrived and immediately identified the problem as a fan motor. They removed the unit for repair. Got a call the next day saying the repair was completed. The unit worked like new when reinstalled. Timely service. Fair price. Great result. Recommended.
Shivani is amazing! The lady answering the phone was pleasant and I got an appointment without any stress. The techs that came were also pleasant, knew their stuff and solved my issue with ease. I would definitely recommend Shivani to my friends and family!!!

t is not easy to find Friedrich Wallmaster units but when these are in place when you acquired your condo, you have to work with what you have. Shivani Refrigeration stood out from the many companies we called. They sourced difficult to find parts and made the process of repair seamless. Their office coordinators were responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. And their repair/service personnel were careful and kept the area very neat as they completed the work.
