Shivani's service is great the field techs are very knowledgeable great at their job and the office personnel are amazing and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Shivani they are definitely the most reliable in NYC.

I can't recommend Shivani Refrigeration enough! They handled the warranty repair on my Friedrich AC and the process couldn't have been easier. They setup an appointment to diagnose the issue. Not only did they arrive on time, but they were able to diagnose the problem in a couple minutes. The part I needed was ordered and they were back at my home installing it the day after it arrived. Failing to find a contractor interested, I contacted Shivani about a removal of all existing room a/c units and replacement with Friedrich models. A representative came to my residence for a walk-through and quickly provided a proposal. On the schedule date Shivani technicians arrived on time and completed the entire project in one day in a most professional and courteous manner. The newly installed units and new plexiglass have significantly improved the appearance of my residence and well as the comfort. I highly recommend Shivani Refrigeration & AC!
