We just moved to Mount Vernon and had an issue with our mini split units blowing warm air and randomly shutting off. The technician came out over the weekend, quickly diagnosed a leak in the outdoor condenser, and found the Freon was nearly empty. After repairing the leak and recharging the system, everything has been running perfectly and blowing cool air again ever since. 👍🏽 Highly recommend for fast, reliable service!

Not only did we used them for a full furnace service, they took a look at our water heater as well. The technicians were knowledgeable, clean, and explained everything clearly.

Unfortunately my hot water tank decided to spew water from the top and began to flood my basement. In a panic I googled emergency boiler services and Shepherd ENG popped up. The tech was incredibly helpful even without assessing my issue personally by asking for me to send him pictures of my hot water tank and he in return circled the areas to turn off the water to try and temporarily remedy the constant water flow. The very next day he and his colleague arrived and gave me a reccommendation in which I immediately stated I just wanted to replace the whole tank.
