Called to repair my Air conditioning system. 10/10 Experience
My parents had several companies come and try to diagnose and repair their boiler system. Many of them were unable to fix and diagnose the problem correctly as they weren’t versed on “ old boilers”. They all suggested to install a new one which would cost thousands. This company’s technician came in, diagnosed the issue, and repaired it same day. The technician Chris was so knowledgeable and kind. He stayed over his shift time to ensure that our heat was restored as my parents are older and cannot withstand the cold. Great service and great prices compared to what the other companies are charging. I definitely recommend!
Luckily I found this company to repair my Central Air Conditioner. The AC haven’t been working for about 4 weeks we have had four different companies come to fix it but every time they leave it stopped working. We were ready to change to a new system. But Shepherd heating cooling repair the Air Conditioner and now we are extremely happy. Will recommend to all my friends.
