This place is good meaning they offer good affordable service HOWEVER they fail in the cleanliness area, in my opinion the staff spends little or not enough time focusing on sanitation so thats why I gave 4 stars.

Today I was getting a gel pedicure - No in grown nail treatments, just a regular **** pedicure. The staff doing my feet was already hurting me a little bit with her tools and I was moving my foot and expressing to her that I was in pain. She ignored me and started to cover my toes from my vision. Now being a regular customer here and not trying to overbear I sit back and and relax but as soon as I do that she slides almost the entire flat tool underneath my left big toe causing me to bleed and have ripped skin. I took my foot back and held back tears. I was angry because I have not understood why she did that. There was no reason for her to do that. The pain is excruciating, it felt as if she ripped my entire nail off. I told her to not touch it and she nodded at me and continued to to touch it anyways . I didn’t say anything because I really was not trying to cause any issues since the shop was slow and I figured I’ll speak with the manager afterwards since I didn’t want to make a big scene. After she was done, my toe was swollen and it was so evident. I spoke with the manager and I told her exactly what happened and she kept asking me what I want her to do about it. I simply told her I was not happy with the service and my foot is in pain and she most definitely couldn’t see the bleeding because of the nail polish over it. She continued to down play my pain and said that I look fine. I told her I’m in pain and is there any way we can disinfect it or if there’s anything I can do afterwards to prevent it from getting infected and all she kept saying was she doesn’t know what to do for me. She asked to look at it and I said sure but please don’t touch it since it’s hurt to touch. She continued to grab it extremely hard and be aggressive and so I told her firmly to not touch it and the reason she can’t see the blood is because of the polish. They did nothing to make the situation better. The pain was increasing and so was the swelling and I eventually left.

I've been coming here since the summer place is very clean mo always does my nails and kim always does my feet lovely ladies very patient and sweet ,everyone else seems very nice wouldnt go nowhere elseTHE BEST IN BRONX ❤️Services: Nail designs
