The people there are nice. But the machines are mostly all broken!!! And it smells funky as hell. It sucks to go and not have the machinery you want, available for workout. They need some serious repairing ASAP.
The variety of classes offered adds a dynamic element to workouts. What sets it apart is the positive atmosphere and sense of community among members. It's not just a place to exercise; it feels like a supportive fitness family. Highly recommend!
Wish they would open at 5am on weekdays. Many machines have been out of service for over a year now with no signs or plans to repair. The entire gym needs to be cleaned weekly, every inch of it looks dusty and neglected. AC in the summer has been an issue in the past but most people cant deal with it. (I embrace the challenge)
