Honestly, seeing the reviews almost scares you away from arranging the funeral here. But, the lady allowed us to stay an hour even after our services. No fee. The lady was understanding and compassionate. She did amazing at her job. Would recommend 10/10
My dad recently passed away last Sunday from cancer and the news was absolutely heart wrenching. My mother chose this location to do the wake because the people from her church have had them here before. I'll be honest, I read the reviews and was HORRIFIED. I didn't want my dad anywhere near this location. HOWEVER, my mom asked me to give it a chance and if we didn't like it, we would do the wake somewhere else.

During such a difficult time it saddens me that others had a less than favorable experience with this funeral home. Because of the other reviews I was nervous of what to expect. However, I was relieved when I attended my father's service. The staff did and excellent job and were extremely helpful. Thank you R.G. Ortiz funeral home for making such a difficult day, just a little bit easier.
