If you go to the place it is a terrible service from the staff, it is rare to find someone from the staff who is friendly, there is also a great DISCRIMINATION regarding the Spanish speaking clientele, both in person and online, you do not find information with them in Spanish .

I actually love the doctors in this office, however, DO NOT visit this office after 5:00PM; front desk staff are extremely RUDE!!!! And love to criticize patients. They also seem to be homophobic and tend to stare down at patients. This is NOT a friendly environment, they are VERY unprofessional.January 11, 2024 UPDATE: WORST SERVICE than before. They changed the front desk staff for slightly decent people. I give this place an unfortunate ZERO stars. I had been going here for years and my father as well. The lady that picks up the phone was very unhelpful and rude. I have new insurance from my employer so I confirmed with my insurance that this office is within network. I told her it is Independence under Bluecross, she didn’t understand what I said and said we don’t think we accept. When I said this is a Bluecross company how can you not accept it (they also confirmed it with me) has been a terrible time trying to get an appointment she said “well my manager actually says we don’t accept your insurance” and hung up.
