I found this place online and before even visiting I already knew I was going to join. I set up a tour with Adam. When I arrived Adam was not there, so another gentleman gave me a tour. The tour was fine, but when I asked him for the price he told me Adam had to give me the price,which I found very odd for a business. Adam called me and seemed very distracted. He verbally gives me some prices, which I don't understand why the first person couldn't do that. I ask him to provide me the price in writing. He says he will text me. Never does. I email him. I don't get a response. So I call and finally he texts me some prices. This looks as if you are giving different prices...read full review

I've enjoyed working out here with the different coaches for the past few months. I was ready to make a change. The individualized training has helped with my health, energy levels, strength and weight. You'll get what you put in. Highly recommended.

I am so very happy that I found OPEX Riverdale NYC. I have struggled to remain consistent in the with past with fitness but I finally found something that works for me here. You get an individualized plan , super knowledgeable and supportive coaches and data to track and see your progress. It’s always clean , covid safe and friendly. I really cannot thank OPEX Riverdale and the coaches enough for helping me to improve my life and health!! Thank you :)
