I've been coming to this spa for the past 4 years. It's a very professional establishment. Very clean. Very organized... The staff is very knowledgeable and put you at ease in terms of all of the treatments that you get... Very hospitable and friendly staff and service. I give them five stars

I got an infared sauna wrap Groupon from here, and loved how i felt after. I tried it for a deep body toxin detox, and that’s just what I got. It’s an intense sweat, but did the job. It’s nice having a clean & cheap med spa right here in the Bronx, rather than going downtown!2 stars off for the rude technician/esty? that I had. She never greeted me and had a standoffish attitude. Also never checked in during the session, as most other techs do that care about their clients? But the front desk lady was super sweet tho.

Made an appointment for a deep tissue massage and I got super lost since when you click on the their address it sends you somewhere else. Texted since you can’t call but they called right away. Anita the receptionist was super nice and told me not to worry to just come. Went, checked in with absolutely no issue and Jean the masseuse was fantastic. All around wonderful place and staff. Would totally recommend and will be going again. One thing against them though is that they have no parking lot but is not a deal breaker for me. Just mentioned it so you give yourself ample time to look for parking or pay the meters right in front of the place.
