Norwegian Wood put down lovely wooden floors about 10 years ago. They are in outstanding condition, but we needed a sanding and refinishing of an area that got scratched by chairs without gliders (totally our fault). They came, worked carefully and with great care to match up the finish to blend with old area. They came back once for a redo because I wasn't happy with the finish and now to polish out a scratch that we caused by moving a piece of furniture. They are totally reliable, stand by their product and aim to please. I would recommend them in a heart beat!

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Norwegian Wood. Eric, Sheila and everyone else are professional, helpful, and trustworthy. I'll certainly use them again. I had a flooring emergency with a water leak and warped floorboards in a high end condo building. Eric came in and easily recognized the problem and job scope -- clearly explaining to me my options and recommended a course of action. He also expertly identified my floorboards and was able to explain particulars regarding the unique wood type. Not being knowledgeable at all about this area, it was comforting that he gave me a lot of information in a clear and precise way -- including an accurate quote.... read full review

BEWARE OF FRAUD! This company is incredibly dishonest and I seriously doubt they actually know how to do anything above the quality of a rental. They talk a great talk but don't actually do the work. Gadi the owner is a scam artist and lied about how many coats of polyurethane he had applied. Totally incompetent crew, they actually polyurethaned over dirt! He was hostile and it was a fight to get him to finish the job.
