Based on the reviews, NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Westchester - Pulmonary Medicine provides excellent care. The level of care from the front desk, PFT testing, and nurses is quite excellent. Dr. Charles Fishman affords thoughtful, professional care and is always available in a time of need. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The front desk is excellent, and the staff is always willing to help. Dr. Agarwal listens to patients and answers questions in a way they can understand, showing she really cares. The PFT testing with Carla was very pleasant; she explained the process in detail. The office is always clean.
My check in was handled quickly and professionally. I only had to wait a few minutes before being seen.
Dr. Fishman was courteous and professional. He went through my chart carefully and told me what I have to do next and when.
From the front desk (Christina), PFT testing (Eileen and Carla) , Nurse Melanie) and to Dr. Charles Fishman , the level of care is quite excellent. Dr. Charles Fishman affords me the most thoughtful professional care. My daughter and I greatly appreciate his timely communication(s) between visits. I absolutely love Dr Fishman! He is the best! He is so thorough has a wonderful bedside manner extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate. He is always available in a time of need!!
