I came in for a powder gel mani/pedi but left with only a mani. I walked in because I needed to go somewhere in the vicinity. I did not check reviews beforehand. The short version: The nail tech was rough. She seemed upset that I would not get longer nails because, according to her, my nails were "too short." Granted, they are short, but I said that I like them that way, especially as my job involves a lot of work on the computer. For the rest of my manicure, she was rough. Be careful with your credit card. I did a pedicure for $60. And additional 13 for callous removal. When I went to Jennifer to pay she said $78. I got my receipt for 78.13. then I went over and I gave the girl a tip. Fast-forward 5 minutes another lady was complaining about the cost of her manicure. I paid no attention to it but I did find it odd though. What was clear I'm the conversation was that Jennifer understood English very well but when the woman asked about the additional charges on her bill. Jennifer pulled a major Chinese accent only to frustrating the lady so she left. Low and behold, I was fsced with the same situation. I however did not reacted like the lady...read full review
