If i Could give a zero i would,!! but Unfortunately, it doesn't let me. The lady That claimed she was supposedly the owner did a horrible job on my mother's nails. They look like shovels going upwards. You should be ashamed of yourself. I don't know where you got your experience or license.

I went to the nail salon this morning to have my nails done. The technician (the petite lady with the ponytail) assigned to me had never done my nails before and seemed unhappy to provide the service. She appeared passive-aggressive from the start.

She began by soaking my nails and then forcefully tried to remove the acrylic, causing me pain. I verbally expressed my discomfort, saying “ouch,” and told her that this was not the usual method used. Instead of adjusting her approach or apologizing, she passive-aggressively filed my nails and pushed them back into the soaking container. The only nice thing I can say about this establishment is Diggy, he is awesome. Everything else sucks! Don't go there expecting them to honor your appointment, my appt was at 10AM and I arrived at 9:30AM and was told to sit a minute. They were rude and very unprofessional. I was there for an hour before I walked out.
