I'm sorry but I had to laugh when I saw their website's tagline. The salon is anything but quiet and professional. During my last visit, the stylist (who is the owner) was late, in a terrible mood, and badmouthing about someone to her other stylists.

Faye is the best, I dunno how she does it but she manages to give my hair volume after a blowout . Ive been to this salon twice both times asked for Faye and she does not disappoint. Have to call soon and book an appointment

I had an extremely poor encounter with this salon. Long story short, I went Friday night to do my hair and despite showing the stylist a picture and reiterating the color I wanted, the stylist Rosie confused me with stylist jargon in regards to hair color. At 9pm my hair still wasn't blown out and since it was so late I told them it was okay and left with my hair wet. When I got home I began questioning the color but when I woke up in the morning I was completely unsatisfied with the color. I called and they gave me an appointment with Fay who agreed that the job had been done poorly. I WAS CHARGED AGAIN to correct the hair color! And although Fay got the hair color correct she did not notice a bunch of hair that hadn't gotten cut and was too long and stuck out from the rest. I noticed it immediately after arriving home today. The salon accepted no responsibility for the disaster of a cut and color that was provided by one of their stylist. I learned to never be considerate of the stylist and before leaving be absolutely certain that I am happy with the service provided. I was basically robbed by this salon this weekend.

this place is so wack the person who did my hair f***** my s*** up. I asked her to dye my hair pink b**** gave me purple. asked her to cut my ends she gave me a shape up. my edges are no longer on my head. I left with half my head shaved. I booked an appointment for 1:00 didn't start till 3:50

went there for the first time first a cut and color. place was nice. the girl they have me talked about type of cut l wanted. bottom nearly shaved and top with hair. man when l left and looked in the mirror. l turned back. $ 45 for half a shaved head and she couldnt get that right. l only go to places to conduct business. my sexual preferences should not matter, because l simply expected a professional cut. To bad there some d*** ignorant asses. At the rate rent is rising in e. tremont they wont survive. l went back to the village got a better correct cut. its business. people go there for cut and dye after messing up a half a cut, l wasnt going to let them mess it up twice. take your cash else where like l did. there not the only salon l have died and won.

Ok so I heard great things about this salon booked an appointment for a cut and color.... I get in i was told to go to the "color bar " to cut my hair now I started thinking wouldn't you sit me in front of a mirror and ask me how short I want to go. I show the girl a picture of the haircut I wanted because all I really wanted was layers and my hair dyed black. She just kept saying "yeah I know what you want " she takes my hair with her hand all together and CHOPS MY HAIR OFF! I immediately start crying and telling her you cut too much off I can't even see how much you cut off she goes on to tell me "oh it's cause you never had short hair before" †i tell her I can literally feel you cut off way too much because I've had layers before and never have I seen this technique. She starts putting the black dye in my hair being super sloppy with it . It was all over my ears and my neck I'm then put aside for 20 minutes so the dye can do it's job. She then goes on to do 2 more clients by this time I've already had the dye in my hair for about an hour and half. It starts to itch my so bad I tell she just tells me "it's only color you'll be fine" when they finally wash the color out my hair blow it out and charged me 107 I left with a blunt short haircut and hairdye all over my ears and shirt..... Ladies don't be fooled on how nice and elegant this place looks they don't listen to you and and if they do mess up they won't even try to fix the issue I cried for 3 days because she chopped my hair. Below is the picture of my hair before, a picture of what I asked , and what my results were . Btw the girl name was Faye Well I wasn't consulted by anyone she simply looked at the picture and just kept saying yeah nobody spoke to me about prices with the blunt haircut she already chopped off there was no way she was going to be able to achieve what I showed her. I was mortified of course I didn't want her to fix it I had no idea what she was capable of doing to my hair next . The fact that she saw me crying and still was nonchalant about it and just told me it cause you not use to short hair ...†when I NEVER asked for a short blunt cut . Like I left feeling so down and she absolutely left that hair dye in my hair for an hour and a half because the second time i told her is when i started to become frustrated with her.

My 1st time to this Salon , night before I was searching and searching for a TOP RATED reviews. Let me tell you I took my daughter for highlights for her graduation 🎓 tomorrow. They pricing but is all worth it . The stylist was so friendly, now I'm defiantly coming back for myself and my sister is coming too . I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for awesome RESULTS. CHECK OUT THE PICTURES!
