As a customer, when I walk into an establishment my first things are cleanliness and presentation. How the employees presents themselves; their body language, their facial expression and whether or not they seem eager to assist. From reception at Grace Optical I felt welcomed and comfortable. Their Jerome branch is convenient in location (at least for me), and the staff there are so friendly! A very big shout out to Chris- he went above and beyond!
