Poor service they don’t know how to do nails at all .When they have a good tech they leave .I gave them too many chances always disappointed.They charge too much for nails in general and have the nerve to give bad service and expect a tip .Never going there again .It is not clean all they do is talk to each other in their language the entire time which is part of the problem they are not focused and gossip too much .I have my translator on I know what they be saying and it’s never nice .They give you a dot of lotion rub your hand rough for half a second then call I a massage .Do not waist your time .
Poor service pedicures are terrible chairs do not work and do not work well when they do .Very expensive for nails and pedicures.Do not follow listed prices posted in salon .They have the door open for air they do not turn on air conditioner to save on bill .It is hot in there ruined my blow out my hair was looking like I never went to hair salon due to humidity and heat inside of their salon .Not comfortable over priced unprofessional.No good nail techs .Will not go back extremely upset I spent over $100 for poor service .Would rather not give them any stars My bill was shocking they said because of gel nail polish on pedicure and nails .smh
Arrived at 3pm and didn’t leave up until it was close to 8pm. Pedicure is not $33 they add on additional fees and overly over priced for the experience to not even meet a perfect pedicure. Full set nails set were poorly shaped and designed. Constantly kept forming bumps of nail polish because Sharlene was in a rush doing nails. Total was $170. Definitely will not be returning. Not the best work/customer experience
