I had a full roof replacement done by Fort-Cica 11 months ago. A section of the ridge vent started coming apart last month, well within their promised one-year labor warranty period. I have called their office six times, left three messages, and sent two emails detailing the issue. Every time I call, I get a different person who promises to "pass the message along" to the service department. They are actively ignoring their responsibility and failing to honor the warranty they promised. They take your money and disappear. Buyer beware!

They were punctual every day, and the entire team was friendly and professional. Each day, they provided clear summaries of what had been accomplished and what to expect the following day. They also went above and beyond to ensure the work area was clean and clear after every shift, leaving no trash or debris behind.
I especially want to thank Aaron for his exceptional support. He was a huge help, making us feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Anthony and Vince were also incredibly knowledgeable and addressed any questions we had, both before the project started and during the work itself, which gave us great confidence in their expertise.
Overall, Fort Cica Roofing and General Contractors were great to work with. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services.

My last experience with them was when Anthony came to my house to work on air coming in the house from under the floor. Before I could even get outside, Anthony was already in the dirt and talking about the solution. He had it fixed in minutes!
