My first time ordering from Flowers by Frankie and certainly not my last! Ordering online for same delivery was super easy. Shortly after my order was confirmed I received a call from Ericka who advised me that the colors of the flowers I ordered were not available and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that a beautiful arrangement would be delivered to my sister for her special birthday.
They even sent me a photo before they delivered it !!
I have ordered arrangements from other places and i have never experienced this level of customer service !!

Throughout the past 7 years I have purchased quality flower arrangements from them for various occasions. This past weekend I reached out for a sympathy wreath to honor my best friend.
