went to frankie flowers this past Friday. had a very good friend of mines of 40 years pass. I went to frankie flowers in hopd to purpase a beautiful spray arrangement for his funeral which was today March 27th . I paid for the flowers on March 24th , was told the flowers can be delivered and was charged an additional 25$ for delivery . Today at his funeral the flowers never arrived , never got a text or a call from anyone at frankie flowers to inform me of any issues or changes . I felt really bad because I purchased these beautiful flowers for my friends funeral that never arrived . very bad buisness , I will never recommend or buy from them again.

Flowers by Frankie is an excellent service. I ordered two bouquets of flowers for the unfortunate passing of my Grandmother and they delivered both bouquets on time and exactly how they look on their website. I got a confirmation notification that the flowers were delivered two days after for both bouquets so they can be better in that area. Overall Flowers by Frankie is a great business and highly recommended for customers who are looking for highly quality flowers, fair pricing and amazing service.
