We had an emergency from a frozen pipe in Mount Vernon and boiler shut down overnight - we went on Angie’s List to find local contractors and one of the contractors was Felix Pipe Repair & Drain…The owner- Mike came almost immediately to assess the work which included replacing pipes, servicing the radiators on all three floors and ensuring that the boiler was operational. Mike and his workers were very professional as the tenants noted and his price was very reasonable. Mike is a keeper, we will continue to use his company and refer him to others.
