We had an emergency from a frozen pipe in Mount Vernon and boiler shut down overnight - we went on Angie’s List to find local contractors and one of the contractors was Felix Pipe Repair & Drain…The owner- Mike came almost immediately to assess the work which included replacing pipes, servicing the radiators on all three floors and ensuring that the boiler was operational. Mike and his workers were very professional as the tenants noted and his price was very reasonable. Mike is a keeper, we will continue to use his company and refer him to others. We were not able to be on location and Mike sent videos of his work, sent his invoice and accepted Zelle payments. From the moment they arrived, they handled the situation with complete professionalism and confidence. They quickly located the break, explained the cause of the problem, and walked me through the exact steps they would take to repair it.
The job was not simple, but they worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. They removed the damaged section, installed new piping, secured all the connections properly, and made sure the entire line was flowing and draining the way it should. They also checked the surrounding areas to make sure there were no additional leaks or risks of future problems.
What really impressed me was how clean and organized their work was, especially considering how big of a repair this type of pipe requires. I had an active leak/flood in be basement. I was in a panic! I referred to Fenix pipe repair by a friend. I called and a gentleman named Mike picked up. I told him my situation and he was at my place within 20 minutes. He turned off the water and repaired the leaking pipe that was in the ceiling of the basement at a very good price!!!! they pumped out and cleaned up my basement. Then return and install a pump in the floor of my basement so if it happens again, water will pump out of my house instead of flooding my house. I got a decent price for that too. Him and his staff were very professional. I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

I noticed a rotted pipe leaking water into my basement. I called Fenix ands spoke to Mike. He sent one of his guys over within the hour to take a look and assess the damage. I was provided a very reasonable quote and the work was completed the same day. Mike and his team were very responsive, reasonably priced and they kept everything clean. I would recommend and use Fenix again.

I hired this plumbing company to help fix a problem, and it was a complete waste of time and money. They came out, drained the water out of my pool, took my payment, and then completely disappeared. They never came back to address the actual issue or even return my calls.
I tried following up multiple times, but they stopped responding altogether. Now I’m out the money and still dealing with the same problem I started with. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable do yourself a favor and go with someone reputable who actually follows through on their work.
