Did my daughter's hair here plenty of times and they always hooked her knotless braids up. I'm horrible with remembering names but Elise and one other woman has done her hair and I loved both of their work.

Was very disappointed with the customer service.the owner wasn't upfront about the price,they had some Spanish lady wash my hair and she did a bad job plus she didn't even wanna oil my hair,then I told her how I wanted my braids to be longer after I came the day before and told her exactly how I wanted my hair and she had gotten an attitude and tried to charge me more,and also their shop was a little dirty.

I've been going to this salon for quite some time because for 130$ box braids including hair seemed like a great deal to me. However, the people doing the hair almost always make me never want to come back. Firstly, it seems they have bad manners. I've seen them cough on customers while doing their hair. Secondly, the hair almost always falls out within a few days of getting my hair braided. Third, Sometimes they talk on the phone really loudly in your ear because they sit down while they are doing your hair(I've never seen this happen before). Lastly, the wait time can be atrocious. They'll keep telling you "people are coming, wait wait" and people aren't coming.
